About Us

ALC Palliative and Hospice Care Program is a part of the continuum of care quality services that provides home health, private duty, functional therapy and electronic monitoring.

Our Story

Founder Anthony Siciliano established ALC Home Health Care because of his own family’s experience when his father became ill several years ago. Dissatisfied with the lack of quality care that he received, he changed home health service providers multiple times in search of quality care. Fortunately, family members were able to take turns staying by his father’s side so he would receive loving attention at all times. Anthony firmly believes that this helped to extend and enhance his father’s life.

That life changing experience drove Anthony to create a company committed to providing clients with compassionate and caring, highly skilled professionals. ALC Palliative and Hospice Care is built from the successful ALC platform by providing excellent care to enhance quality of life.

Our Philosophy

ALC’s philosophy is to listen and work respectfully, holistically and collaboratively with clients and families, caregivers and a multidisciplinary team in order to provide quality health care within one’s home.
